We manufacture three specifically sized cut-off saws that are used in
conjunction with the spiral tube winder to produce "parent length cores"
which allow for easier core handling during the secondary operation.
The three models are engineered and manufactured in similar fashions with
the primary difference being processing power available. All models
are supplied complete and ready for use including adjustable tube support
system, photoelectric target eye, prewired electrical controls and core saw
blade. Three axis adjustment assures complete, square cutting.
All movement is controlled by pneumatic cylinder for consistent and
smooth operation.
